At Sutisancha Designer Sarees, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customized sarees and items with detached tags are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate a Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our website portal within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the saree is neatly folded, unwashed, and placed back in its original packaging with all designer tags and invoice documentation intact.
Schedule Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will coordinate a reverse pickup through our logistics partner or provide instructions for secure self-shipping.
Refund Processing
After our quality team inspects the returned saree to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
